El Salvador Medium Roast

Each year, the El Salvador Lenca is one of our favorite Central American coffees. This lot is very complex, bright, and has layers of honey and caramel sweetness. Taken to the medium roast level, we began to taste deeper notes of maple and milk chocolate with a creamy body.
This coffee is at its best as a colorful and decadent pour-over, or as an expressive and refined single-origin espresso. Truly a standout coffee, works well across all brew methods.
