El Salvador Light Roast

Don’t let the smoothness of this coffee fool you, it is also very complex, so cinch your saddle tight because you’re in for an adventurous ride. Each year, the El Salvador Lenca is one of our favorite Central American coffees. This lot is very complex, bright and has layers of honey and caramel sweetness.

Lighter roast styles were exceptionally nuanced and we tasted some floral and citrus notes that reminded us of orange blossom honey. Needless to say, this is a delicious and versatile coffee. It can stand on its own as a complex pour-over.
